ONLINE BANKING ENHANCEMENTS BEGINNING JANUARY 16, 2018
We’re excited to announce some exciting changes coming to your Online Banking experience in the coming weeks. For your convenience, we’ve summarized a few of these new updates below.
New Online Banking User Interface Experience
In an effort to improve your online banking experience, you will see a refreshed, responsive and modern look beginning January 16, 2018 from 10:00 am. This new design should provide an optimal experience with Online Banking and work across different devices to adjust the layout based on your screen size. The look and feel of the enhanced site will be different, but the functionality of products and features you currently use should remain relatively the same after the change. There will be a few sections – such as Online Bill Pay and some portions of the My Settings page – which will not be part of the enhanced experience initially, but they will still be accessible and maintain the same user interface they have today until a future update.
Money Management Replacing FinanceWorks
Beginning February 1, 2018, FinanceWorks will be replaced with a new budget and goal planning service called Money Management. This service offers a majority of the same features of FinanceWorks plus additional new budgeting, automation and alert tools with a completely redesigned, user-friendly look. In addition to setting your debt payoff goals, you’ll be able to create savings and retirement goals to help you plan a better financial future. You’ll also see a better graphical representation of your transaction history to easily see your budget goals and spending trends at a glance. Money Management can be accessed through Online Banking and our Mobile App shortly after release.
Up to 18 months of transaction history for all accounts will be migrated from FinanceWorks on February 1st. If you’ve created a nickname for your account(s), you may need to set the nickname(s) in Money Management. For security reasons, you will need to enter your login credentials for outside accounts by following the setup process in Money Management in order to continue receiving updates for those accounts. Your transaction categories will not be migrated but instead will go through the auto-categorization process to correctly categorize your transactions with greater accuracy. Budgets you’ve created in FinanceWorks will not be migrated, but you can use the one-click automatic budget generation to conveniently set your budget in Money Management for improved transaction categorization. Also, your alerts and goals will not be migrated but they can easily be setup using the new service.
Attention Mobile App Users - iPhone x's Face ID
iPhone X devices with Face ID enabled will see menus referring to Touch ID, but users are able to continue using Face ID with our mobile app. A future scheduled update will correctly identify your device’s login and authentication options (release date to be announced).
Attention Mobile App Users - EyePrint ID
Also, Eyeprint ID is currently not supported on Apple iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus and newer models due to rapid technology advancements as well as the Samsung Galaxy Note 7 due to a product recall.
